• A Confidentiality Agreement is signed
• Delivery time and format are agreed
• The translator is assigned according to the topic
• A glossary of the terminology requested by each customer is performed.
• The contents, terminology, style and format are revised.
• The translation is sent via e-mail or any other requested means.
• Partial deliveries are possible in large translations.
